Jennifer has been providing personal wealth management solutions to high-net worth clients since 1993. She works as an advocate for clients to develop, manage, and execute a tailored financial plan while educating each client along the way.  She works with individuals and small business owners either planning for or living in retirement that are looking for their 401(k), 403(b), TSA’s and IRA’s to support their lifestyle. Jennifer develops a deep working relationship with clients and their tax and legal advisors to provide a financial plan encompassing current and future goals as well as the opportunity for wealth transfer. Because of her experience, research, and sound advice, Jennifer has been successful in preserving client profits in turbulent equity markets while maintaining core investment dollars and capitalizing on shifts in growth opportunities.

Jennifer holds Securities License Series 6, 7, 63, and 65, a CA Insurance License #0B82637, as well as the designation of Certified Wealth Strategist®.  She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Political, Legal, and Economic Analysis as well as her Master’s Degree in Public Policy from Mills College in Oakland, CA.  Jennifer also received a Certificate in Financial Planning (awarded with distinction) from UC Berkeley Extension and considers herself a perpetual student with an education in an array of topics including and beyond the financial industry. Recently, Jennifer has accepted an on-call position as an Arbitrator with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), the member regulation, enforcement and arbitration operations of the New York Stock Exchange.

Jennifer enjoys spending time with her wife Jessica and daughters Sarah and Carly. She has a passion for volunteering and giving back to her community and has held roles as a PTA Chairperson, youth soccer coach and referee, Children’s Hospital Oakland Cancer Ward Volunteer, Board Member of Senior Outreach Center, and SRVUSD Special Needs Substitute ParaEducator.  She is active in the advocacy of the LBGTQ community as well as domestic violence and juvenile justice reform. She is an extreme hiker and enjoys camping and gardening with her family.
